Value Proposition

Smart Water Fund is a collaborative investment vehicle of the Victorian urban water utility's. SWF (Smart Water Fund) delivers value and returns to its investors through leveraging investments and providing the water utilities with a framework for targeting, managing and utilising research and innovation.

Our value proposition is carried out through two investment streams:

• A targeted investment stream, which provides a vehicle for coordinating research priorities of common interest to Victoria's water utilities reducing duplication of effort and resources.
• An open investment stream which provides a catalyst for change by bringing in fresh external ideas and new opportunities.
