R&D Feature

Research & Development Feature

One of the driving forces behind the creation of the Smart Water Fund was the shared need of Melbourne's metropolitan water businesses to conduct industry wide collaborative research to help address the common challenges facing the industry.

Since Round 3 the Smart Water Fund has managed a dedicated funding stream that targets the specific needs of the water industry. This targeted R&D stream has supported over 170 projects from a diverse range of disciplines working across water conservation, water recycling and biosolids management.

This section of the website will feature a range of R&D projects and will also contain a range of information relating to topics relevant to water conservation, water recycling and biosolids management.

Visit the Knowledge Hub for more detailed information on individual projects.
